Contribution Disclaimer
The Missouri Ethics Commission and Missouri campaign finance disclosure law (Chapter 130 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri) requires that campaign committees and candidates maintain records regarding their campaign-related financial activity. The Shereka Barnes to Elect Park Hill School Board committee asks that each contributor to the campaign provide their name, address, employer, occupation, and whether they have a current contractual relationship with the State of Missouri or a political subdivision so that the committee may satisfy its record-collecting requirements under Missouri law. By contributing, donors are affirming that: (1) the personal information they provide to the campaign is accurate, (2) the contribution is made from the contributor’s own funds, and (3) they are not making this contribution with funds or a credit card belonging to another person. Contributions or gifts to Shereka Barnes to Elect Park Hill School Board are not tax-deductible.
